W. J. Hardin, of Colorado Springs,
representing W. S. Stratton, was in town l
this week, and visited Embargo camp in
Mr. Stratton's interest. Mr. Hardin was+
well pleased with Embargo, got figures
on leading properties in the camp, and
departed for Colorado Springs. Let us
hope his visit may result in something of
advantage to Embargo and this section.

New Line Will Skirt Baca Grant :No. 4.

retary of state yesterday included that
of the Rio Grands Sangre do C+isto rail-
road company, it+corl,orated with these

The proposed road is a part of the
Denver & Rio Grande system, its incor-
porators all being assomated with that

the better handling of the construction.
