banks, clerk.

27 read and approved. In the matter of
~the election of a maid of honor to repra.
sent the county at the festivM of moun-
talc and plain to be held in Denver, the
following preamble and resolution in
adopted:
Whereas, the cihzens of Saguache
county are soon to vote for the
of a maid of honor Io represent the
county at the festival of mountain and
plain to be held in Denver Oct. 1, 2 and
3, 1901. And, whereas, the county com-
missioners are judges of election and all
matters connected with such
and, whereas, The said elections have
been unsettled as to the manner of vot-
ing.
Therefore, be it resolved, that this
board will not count or recognize more
than one vote from each person residing
in the county and each ballot or coupon:
shall be signed by the person voting the
same.
